As Owner and Manager of Moose Creek Cafe Inc., as well as throughout his brilliant 42 year professional career, Mr. Carothers has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

The Moose Creek Cafe is a full service restaurant and bar that serves American and Southwestern cuisine in a comfortable setting with casual seating, patio seating and a newly decorated dining room with art works by featured local artists from the Green Otter Gallery. Mr. Carothers is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations and preparing specialty foods. During his collegiate career, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah. James is a member of the National Restaurant Association and the Colorado Snowmobile Association.
