As Owner of Hennah Holdings Ltd. for the past 12 years, Christine has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.

Hennah Holdings Ltd. trades as Otira Village. The Hennah family moved to Otira Village from Auckland 12 years ago with the intention of revitalizing a little piece of New Zealand history. Otira Village is a quiet oasis of magnificent mountains, native bush with the call of the tui, rushing wings of the native wood pigeon (kereru), occasional kea and plentiful weka. When the Hennah's arrived, the village was a virtual ghost town as the hotel was closed and the majority of houses in the village were abandoned. The few residents that remained had to travel several miles to get the basics of life.

Christine and her husband Bill came in and brought the village back to life. They are now responsible for running the entire village, including a hotel, post office, bar, grocery store, restaurant, and numerous homes. The reborn Otira Village enjoys lots of sun which gets trapped in the valley and has been featured in the movie Snakeskin and the television documentary Off The Rails. It is a fantastic vacation destination for people throughout New Zealand as well as from all over the world.
