Rezidor Announces Celebrity Mixologist to Visit the Park Inn Cardiff City Centre
Rezidor has announced that celebrity mixologist, Wayne Collins will train employees at the Park Inn Cardiff City Centre in the art of cocktail making.

BRUSSEL, BELGIUM, November 06, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Rezidor has announced that its employees will be trained in cocktail-making by BBC's "Something for the Weekend" star and Maxxium UK Ltd.'s celebrity mixologist, Wayne Collins. The training will take place at the Park Inn Cardiff City Centre.

In addition to staff from its Cardiff Hotels, employees from all 3 Rezidor properties, including Park Inn and Radisson, will be present at the training.

Aside from his work on BBC's "Something for the Weekend," Wayne Collins has won numerous awards for his cocktail mixing skills, including the 2003/2004 Drinks International Bartender of the year. He also appears regularly on UK television where he consults on the art of cocktail-making.

Twenty staff members will receive a full day's expert tuition from Collins, starting with a general overview of spirits and an introduction to Maxxium UK.

He will be covering different spirit categories (i.e. whiskey, rum, vodka etc.) and will focus on the magnificent 7. With the 6 nations in mind, he will also cover some key Famous Grouse drinks. Collins will add a fun twist to the training by splitting staff into teams and getting them into the competitive mode by making cocktails to finish off.

In regard to the training session, Collins emphasised the importance of quality ingredients. He said: "It's always worth using the best ingredients to make a fantastic cocktail."
