Karen Gitter hopes to cruise the blue waters after securing her party-rental company

Ms. Gitter established Blue Water Party Rentals eight years ago. The company provides party rental equipment to clients for various occasions. Ms. Gitter's more than 20 years of restaurant, catering and event planning experience help her to run the business, deal with customers, handle sales, and provide superior quality rentals that not only meet health department guidelines but are also ecologically friendly.

She attributes her success to the support of her husband.
